One of the best things about this app is that Jobmagic tracks all of your activity with their analytics. They then send an analytic email to you with that information. Another great feature is that Jobmagic optimizes each listing for better SEO traffic (i.e. Google).

If people aren’t ready to apply for that current job, but are interested in your company and wish to apply later, they can join your “Talent Network” and stay informed on openings by your company.
